How you see things is where the work starts

Private coaching for individuals and families. We start with how you see the world and how you relate to yourself, because that is where most of what you are dealing with actually lives.

The idea

Most conflict is a gap in how two people see the same thing

Mental health is largely the distance between how you see the world and how the people around you see it.

Two people sit through the same event and walk away with different stories about what happened. The event did not change. The seeing did. That gap is where the friction lives, at home, at work, with the people closest to you.

Work on the seeing and the conflict has somewhere to go. Leave it alone and the same argument keeps arriving in new clothes.

If you are reaching for marriage counselling

Most people need individual work first

Couples counselling treats the relationship as the unit. The friction usually starts one layer down, in how each person sees themselves and reads the other. Sort out how you relate to yourself and most of what shows up as a relationship problem changes shape.

This is coaching, not therapy. We work forward from where you are, on how you see, decide, and act. If what you need is clinical care, I will tell you, and point you to the right person.

What we work on

The areas this shows up most

Relationships

How you read other people, and how that reading shapes what happens next.

Stress and pressure

The load itself rarely changes. How you carry it can.

Direction and career

Getting unstuck when the next move is not obvious, or keeps not happening.

Habits and follow-through

Closing the gap between what you intend and what you actually do.

How it works

Low barrier by design

No referral, no diagnosis, no waitlist. You book a conversation and we start.

  • One to one: private sessions built around you, not a fixed program.
  • In person or remote: face to face around the Lower Mainland, or by video anywhere.
  • Individuals and families: work on your own, or bring the people the friction involves.
  • Month to month: no contract, no lock-in. Stay as long as it is useful.

Pricing
